We all face this issue that, in this fantastic life, you sometimes feel stuck. You think life is not worth living or why things are happening the way they are happening. You feel empty, frustrated, or anxious.

Role of Body and Mind-
I think that you must be aware of this issue before this comes your way. Because this is a huge problem. This can lead to a point where you can think of ending your life. Though these issues are very temporary but it can give you very heavy trouble.
This time, your mind and body both will not work the way it should work, so, be aware of it first. Or at least just know from this blog that your mind and body are very much responsible for what you’ll do in this troublesome situation.
When this situation arises, most of the people, I know, don’t eat. Though I understand the situation of it. If you want to fresh your mind then you should eat something healthy so that your body could respond well and that is also responsible for your mind.
You need to take care of your body first and then mind because they both are connected. Eat something healthy, keep your health on priority and keep your daily routine maintained.
Then comes your mind, I think this is way more difficult to control your mind if you are in that situation but you can do several things so that your mind could be fresh like how you do with your body.
Every person is different. You also know about yourself. So, take time, understand what gives you happiness, what can you do from which you just forget all this. For some people, it could be music, for some people it could be swimming, for some people it could be writing, for some people it could be playing, for some people it could be going and visiting some places and exploring more. You know you. This is as simple as it sounds.

5- Explore, listen to music, write, play, do what you love to do
Don’t Lose Control over Yourself-
We’ve trained ourselves not to be attentive, it is not that time when it is happening, I think it is this time where you train yourself for that situation.
Let’s take an example-
If you are eating something and looking at the TV or on your smartphone, then you'll not get the exact taste of what you are eating and that's the problem and when bad time comes to you, you wonder why you are not good at thinking differently or why you are thinking constantly. Because you've trained your mind not to be attentive and from that, you create these problems. What you do is a training of your mind and body. And that will affect your future.
Aristotle said that “We are what we repeatedly do,
Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit”.
Power of Choice-
I think, one of the major power that we all have is “Power to Choice”. We’ve a choice. What a superpower this is. But many of us are not aware of that because we don’t choose consciously. We think we don’t have any control. But when you realize that you do have control. You do have the choice to act in a certain way. You can make a decision and change some factors. Your decisions decide what your destiny would be. Some factors are out of your control but decisions or actions, are in control of you. So, take advantage and realize this is a power.
Epictetus said that “it's not what happens to you, but how you react that matters”.
Role of Perspective-
You are now stuck and wondering what is happening. Your body is not in your control. Your mind is not in your control. And the way you are thinking is completely different. If you think you are stuck because of any person, I don’t think so. It is your perspective my friend. And the good news is, you can change this perspective and you can think good about that person (if thoughts are negative about that person).
J.S. Mill said that “No great improvements in a lot of mankind are possible until a great change takes place in the fundamental constitution of their modes of thought”.
There are some reasons why you need to think like that.
First and foremost is, you are stuck, you are feeling empty, you are thinking that your life has no meaning. I want to ask you; can you please think about the good times that you had earlier. I think this would be a huge list. There were so many great things, even you appreciated that too. Just feel good about it. Time changes man even people.
Freud said that “Life is not primarily a quest for pleasure, or a quest for power, but a quest for meaning”.
So, find out the meaning in every action that you do and did.

Live In the Present-
Look at the past as memories, because they are. You are giving an interpretation to those memories. If you are thinking your life is not worthy enough then this is your interpretation. If you are thinking you are not worthy enough then this is your interpretation. If you are thinking you are stuck because of someone then this is your interpretation. These are your interpretations. And you are giving value to those memories.
But you need to realize that past is not holding you but you are holding the past. Read that line again and slow. Yes, you got it.
Past is memory. But you are living in the present so do live in the present why you are holding the past. Don’t be so attached to that memory.
