A year ago, I've uploaded the first episode of my podcast, and the title I gave, was "Story of a fish and a boy". At that time, I wanted to understand the dynamic of podcasting so I just create my self-made story though I often use this story with others.
So, what’s the story-
A little kid found a fish, took that away from water because he thought fish could die because of water and he took action then fish died. End of story.
Things to understand-
Little knowledge is a very dangerous thing. That kid, though his intention was pure and good because of his knowledge, he took the wrong decision and that fish died.
I think life is like that, sometimes your intention is good but you’ve had not that much knowledge or information and because of your less understanding of things, scenarios become bad.
My Philosophy-
I think knowledge is very vast. you can’t know everything. When you think that you’ve got so much knowledge, it’s your lack of knowledge that is telling you that you’ve got so much knowledge. And the more knowledge you gain from everything, you understand that there is so much more to know, there is so much to learn. You understand that you’ve known a very fraction of it and that’s a good thing because then you’ll always be curious to know more and understand many things.
There’s a deeper layer of it that says you can know everything but this stand is on very a different level. This level is a level of underlying material or thing or you can name what you want, is the source, and if you know that you know everything. And that’s also a true point in a sense where we are talking about the source. But as you made up things out of it, that thing reacts and behaves differently and you need to understand the equation of it how they are behaving. And you go deep into that equation so that you can also understand the basics of it.
Everything that I talk about or others, there’s always a point of view. From one standpoint that is correct and from a different point of view that is incorrect. If you are a person who understands this thing and you can identify from which point of view I or another person is talking, it’s become very easy for you to get what the talk is.
Opinions come from a perspective. You need to understand the perspective of me and others then absolutely you can give opinions if you are at the same point from which I’m talking or others, and you can share your perspective. That’s fine.
Questioning-
We can question everything, we can question our thoughts, we can question our knowledge, we can question our information and also our experiences. What we are seeing is not actually what it is. We don’t know how questioning can transform so many things.
And when you start questioning then you find amazing things because now you are on a journey that is unknown (for most of us).
If you are then you can walk in this dark secret unknown place. You could find something extraordinary. But you need to walk on this path if you want to find something extraordinary.
