From Where the Strength Comes

In this chaotic life, we all need strength. For some it comes from people, money, happiness and for some, it comes from freedom and so on. What if it all goes away someday? To be honest with you, that may happen. The probability is still there, let’s be factual. For some, it is my philosophy but I’m just being factual. Let’s cut the bullshit for the time being. The question now is, is strength relative to all these things? Is strength relative at all? Because if it is relative then we are lost or we will be. And to explore all that we must first understand what it means by strength. And here I’m more concerned with mental strength rather than physical strength. Physical strength must be there to survive, to act, and to function properly. What is strength, my friend? This is not just a question for me but also you. Whatever I’m going to convey must be realized on a deeper level otherwise there’s no point reading this. On a mental level, is it not the ability to think understand

Nobody Can Help You!

That would be the most pessimistic sentence you’ll ever come across. But be with me. At least I won’t give you false hope. Because the truth is: Nobody can help you. You are living your life and most of us have lived their life but they haven’t figured out, and I can assume you are still figuring out most of the things in your life. Maybe you are seeking help but you are not finding that ultimate solution that can put you in a great spot.  Well, if you are seeking someone to repair your bike, you’ll find that out so easily, I’m not talking about these kinds of things. What I’m going to talk about is more of the psychological world that we live in fragmentary. And that psychological world is not different from the world you live in. That is connected with your thinking and your actions.  What I’m talking about here is something quite deep. It’s related to values, education and the relation of you to this world. Of you to other people that you don’t even care about. And if you do, you kn

Direction over Destination

“Your first priority is to identify what you want and then make sure you take the path that’s going to give you that. There’s nothing sadder than to see someone get to be seventy-five or eighty years old and look back regrettably because they pursued the wrong target.” One of the paragraph in the book  Getting Everything You Can Out of All You’ve Got  by Abraham Lincoln Having a goal, having a purpose, having a destination, it’s all fine but what if you don’t know where to go, you are not that self-aware, you are very early in the process, you could be a college graduate or you’ve passed out but you don’t know where to go. It’s a problem for the majority of people because most of the people are not self-aware, they don’t know what they want from life. It’s very obvious why most of the people are not happy in their life. So, if you don’t know the destination or a goal, how will you then start? To answer you, You just start by finding something you like or you are passionate about, you c

The Book that Changed Me Four Years Ago

People learn from people. Years ago, I found a person named Gary Vaynerchuk . He changed the course of my life professionally and what I was doing. I read his book that changed me four years ago and that book is Crush It ! In his book, he has talked about various things like passion, building a personal brand, content creation, authenticity, marketing and so on. I’d suggest that one must read this book if one is starting just out. This book is very simple in language and can potentially change you as well. Whatever I do, I’d say that the sharing of the content part is inspired by this person. There’s a judgment part of it involved in thinking about what to share and what not to share. What is it to keep for oneself and what is it to share with the world?   but after reading and listening to Gary Vee, things changed. We must share things because we don’t know what it is that could inspire others. We really don’t know. Sometimes a story and a post or a podcast, various things could i

Behind the Scene of Writing

Working on a new project, I thought why not show the scene behind the writing? When we write things we get some ideas. Even we can make connections among things and then It becomes very easy to write things about anything.  I like to write it like it, one can make things in the doodle Notebook  in art form as well.   Post by @ajaysinghtalk View on Threads

Embracing Tranquility

In the pursuit of a peaceful and purposeful life, it's essential to align your actions with joy. Engage in activities that bring happiness, for it is the connection between what you do and the resulting peace that truly matters. In today's world, opportunities abound to find joy in various endeavours, and if you're talented, consider turning your passions into a source of income—after all, money-making is a skill worth honing.   Stress management is a vital aspect of maintaining a sense of peace. Choose activities that resonate with you, avoiding those that lead to dissatisfaction. Living a simple life and being unafraid of mistakes are powerful ways to stay grounded. Embrace the present moment; stress often arises from dwelling on the past or worrying about the future. While future planning is valuable, ensure it remains realistic, understanding the time required to achieve your goals.   Prioritize activities that bring you genuine joy. Adhering to the 80/20 rule ,

A Letter!

I’m what I’m right now, right here. The state of the mind is the state of me. Whatever in this, that is me. To be at peace is not a desire but it’s our nature. It’s our life. To live without any conflict in the life. To think about it, is worth it than the things that anybody could desire. There can’t be a great, priceless, worth it desire than to understand life and live it every second. What I want is this. What I hope for others is this. To live joyously is life. To live peacefully is life. Nobody could be happy if that person is full of hate or even a spark of that. Full of jealousy or a spark of that. If people can’t like others how can there would be a relationship of any kind. I don’t see that is possible. Become a light to oneself and that light will awaken others. This, I see very clearly & only option here.

Write to Think | Philosophy

We know many things: what to do, how to do it, what is right, what will work, and some other stuff as well. The problem here is that we know these things, but we don’t try to do any of it. Like, we know that writing helps people, but we don’t write. Even if some people start, they quit. It becomes difficult for them to write because they have nothing to write. They just think, 'What should I write?' And they don’t write these things. Morning Journal Notebook I use -  Here ! But this is the process. This is why you have to write. Because you’ll develop thinking. The more you write, the more you think clearly. But for writing and thinking, you can add one more thing, which is reading. If you read a lot, it will help you to think more and think clearly. View this post on Instagram A post shared by Ajay Singh (@ajaysinghtalk) What it does is, it keeps you in the present if you don’t wander in time. You can write whatever comes into your mind. You can even write

What's the End | Means and Goals

Why are you doing certain things? To gain something, to prove somebody, to find peace and happiness, to be free from worries and bondage, etc. Your answers may vary, but you have an end goal in mind. If you don't have any end goal, people will say that you are lost. You can also ponder this later, whether you are lost or not. But let's assume you have an end goal, and you also have some means to achieve it. You follow those means to reach that end. It's a simple process, nothing rocket science about it. I hope you are still following me.   Now, regardless of your age, think about other kinds of goals you've set in life, and reflect on the whole process, as well as what life was like after achieving those goals. Did you get what you wanted?   Whatever your 'Why' was, did you attain it?   Things will get better, not just on paper, but in reality. (Your thought)   Not the growth from one room to three rooms, though you can consider that as well to m

A Story by ChatGPT

I've seen one incident when I was waiting for my train on a railway platform. Here is the story that I've derived from ChatGPT from that one seen for you guys!  Story- Once upon a time, in the vibrant heart of a bustling railway station, teeming with life and energy, there existed a magnetic aura that captivated the senses. It was here, amidst the swirling chaos and hurried footsteps, that a destitute beggar named Ahmed sought solace. Ahmed, a diminutive figure with wild, curly hair, reminiscent of an untamed storm, adorned his frail frame. His pallid skin clung tightly to his skeletal structure, emphasizing his emaciated state. Tattered rags, barely clinging to his body, draped him like remnants of forgotten dreams. Every fiber of his being seemed to embody a tale of hardship etched in desperation and fear, reflected hauntingly in his bloodshot eyes. Ahmed's gaze, like an invisible lifeline, implored passersby for assistance without uttering a single word. Yet, the world s

Why I’m Afraid of the Future

For a couple of months, I haven't been producing any type of content. I took a break so that I could understand what is happening and what is going to happen. For me, AI is very scary. I have used AI tools like ChatGPT and MidJourney, which can replace many people working as writers, photographers, and graphic designers. Here is the Wikipedia definition of ChatGPT and MidJourney- ChatGPT is an artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot developed by OpenAI and released in November 2022. It is built on top of OpenAI's GPT-3.5 and GPT-4 foundational large language models (LLMs) and has been fine-tuned using both supervised and reinforcement learning techniques. Midjourney is a generative artificial intelligence program and service created and hosted by a San Francisco-based independent research lab Midjourney, Inc. Midjourney generates images from natural language descriptions, called "prompts," similar to OpenAI's DALL-E and Stable Diffusion. Here is a simple definition

Boredom is Necessary | Self-Awareness

We often feel bored and I think it’s a good thing. If you are feeling bored then at least you know that you’ve got nothing at this time from which you are passionate about. It’s a time to be self-aware. It’s a time to know yourself better. It’s a time to find out the thing that you were enjoying earlier or to find new things that you could enjoy. My 10 Days Vipassana Meditation Experience

Early Thoughts Before registering for the Vipassana, I was going through many ups and downs in my life. I wanted a break. I wanted a time where I could live a different life. A life that is different from the so-called normal life. Heard about Vipassana many years ago but that didn't catch my attention. But I was planning to go there. I think everything has its time and for me, when my time came, I was there doing Sadhana ( Meditation ). My parents got no clue where I was planning to go but when the time came, I told them that I’m going to Lucknow for meditation for ten days and I can’t talk to you on phone. They didn’t understand what I was doing with my life. And I told these things when the time was very near. It’s like if I am going after two or three days then I am telling all this to them. I told them that it’s important for me and they understood that.  They trust me!!! That’s awesome. Reaching There When I reached there, they allotted me a room. I met two friends, at that

How To Live In The Present | Forgiveness And Acceptance

There are many questions about ‘living in the present’. What it is? And how can we live in the present? Or there is really a thing like ‘living in the present? People have talked a lot about living in the present moment but now, let’s dive into some other aspects of it so that you can understand it from a different perspective. It’s not going to be linear thinking, you have to ‘not try’ to understand everything that I'm going to say but you need to just read and read carefully so that you could gain some insights about it. Don’t Catch the Present A linear kind of thinking sometimes could misguide you, when understanding the ‘present moment’, I’ll also focus on what it’s not. And I think that would be more beneficial for you because I or any other person can’t give you the ‘present moment’. It’s not a thing. Directly saying about ‘present moment’ could make a belief for you and that’s not where good things happen.  The present moment is not something that you can understand intellec

Short Note On Why We Get Troubles?

Conflicts: A thing that is misunderstood by many of us. Because somewhere we think it’s not important or it has no importance in life. When we are in those situations of pain, conflict or we are struggling to solve the puzzle of life, we miss the point of these conflicts. We forget that this is what makes us stronger. This is what made me stronger in the past. And I think that is the only thing that has the potential to make all of us stronger.  Puzzle of Life Everyone got challenges. Every person is facing some kind of conflict. The question is why we get these problems in life. Is it our bad behavior? Is it our wrongdoing? Why me?  I’m calling it a linear thinking when we think only superficially. Why not go deep, why not ask more questions or why not understand this nature of conflicts or problems.  I’m and I was very fascinated by these kinds of things in life so that I could understand the problem so deeply. I could understand people better.  The way I've understood is that I

Instagram Favourites Feature

Some months ago, Instagram added a new feature called ‘Favourites’. In this feature, You can add up to 50 people so that you can directly click on this feature and can access their posts. This feature is very helpful for me because I personally want some people’s posts to look at. I don’t want to miss their posts. That’s very important for me.  "In the morning, the first time when I open Instagram, I click on that feature and check my ‘favourites’. The content I want to see in the morning should be very inspiring for me and full of knowledge. You can also use that feature if you want to!!!" Instagram Favourites Feature

Keep Walking | Doodle/Sketch

“In my life, I’ve faced many ups and downs. And the one thing that I’ve understood is that if you keep walking then you’ll see the way as well as you’ll reach the end. I’ve started sketching/doodling more to convey the message because the image is a very powerful thing. I keep some notebooks where I doodle/sketch. I also keep a notebook where I write things that I need to work on. If you practice these things, this could help you.” KEEP WALKING!!!

Short Note On Book Reading

" Y ou can not come to a book by a chance. And I think some of the books, you, if not directed by others, go step by step and if then you read, It will more fruitful rather than you go by any one's guidance. Like in spirituality (Don't just imagine that you know the meaning). If you by yourself go to a book then I think you can understand better. Try and find out the way you want to live."  Date: 29-07-2020 A  Note  I Wrote On A Book Page

The Journey Is Long

We get comfortable in what we do. But deep down we are not satisfied with this comfortability. We feel less happy. We feel less active. And we think it’s not over yet. There is something more to find out that could fill the emptiness inside us. We don’t Know What to Do- At the start, we don’t know what to do. Where’s the way or where we are going. We just know a little bit about that thing where we are going to leap. At the start, there are doubts because we haven't walked that path. And we don’t know what will happen on the way. We get stuck sometimes and question ourselves and our decision. We Find Out What to Do but then... We, from somewhere, take inspiration and start that thing that we want to do. Luckily, we get this thing but it’s not over yet!!! We Face Some Problems and won’t See Our Goal- When we do something, we face some problems and sometimes we think that it’s not the right path. Problems could sometime blind us. We need to understand this image to understand that as

A Way of Living Like a Child | Meditation and Happiness

A Life that is Worth Living- When I look at a child, I feel very happy. I feel that life is very good. Life is worth living. For a child this is different and for a so-called mature one, it is completely different. But what this maturity is when this mature person is not happy. Will you call that person a mature one? Happy in a sense where you are not doing any harm to others as well as to yourself. Listen full podcast here - Living in the Present- When you see a child playing, just look at the child and see with your whole being, you can understand so many things from a child but when I observe others, I also notice that we are so busy doing our things, complaining about so many things, talking about our problems only and what is going on bad in the world, that we don’t see the beauty in many things. A child is just one character from which I learn many things. A child is present in what he/she does. He/she does and then he/she doesn’t even bother to look at that event after some tim
